Michelle McClain, founder

I started with weight loss. I learned quickly that the body will not shift until the mind does. So I studied the mind. The subconscious, the nervous system, the pathways that keep women stuck in the same shape they say they don't want.

I completed a certification program in Transformational Training. A structured coaching program that shaped how I work with women. I became a coach in that system, then built my own for women. It is fitness. It is nervous-system and personal-development work. It is the reprogramming of what you tell yourself when you are alone. It is not therapy or medical care.

Over the years I also studied spiritual healing, energy, and holistic health practices. Some of what I teach is ancient. Some of it is very modern neuroscience with a gentler name. All of it is aimed at one thing: helping a woman come home to herself.

Ten years ago I wrote on a vision board that I would build something for women. A place. A program. A home. This is that page, becoming real.

"Come as you are. Leave a little more whole. That is the whole idea."

The organization exists to make wellness, movement, and personal-development practice available to every woman ready to show up for herself. Classes are offered at no cost. Contributions support the organization and its programming, not any single participant.
